Only one suite remaining in Falkirk’s Gemini House as DM Hall does Double

Following successful back-to back deals in the first quarters of this year, DM Hall, one of Scotland’s leading firms of Chartered Surveyors, now has only one suite remaining at Gemini House a high quality office refurbishment in the heart of Falkirk.

Most of the space in Gemini House, located on the corner of Lint Riggs and High Street, has been snapped up by professional services firms, reflecting very favorably on the high standard of the refurbished suites and the attractive terms on offer.

The development, by St Andrews-based developer Fraser Fyfe Investments has raised the bar in terms of office environment and facilities. The company spent £500,000 on the project and has lavished money on d̩cor, fittings and the very latest ‘green’ power-saving systems.

The latest suite to be let was taken by Meridian Business Support, one of the largest independent recruitment companies in the UK, just last month. The company, which offers tailor-made recruitment solutions in a number of sectors, is paying £11,500 p.a. for 1038sq ft Suite One, equating to £11.08 per sq ft.

Well known local solicitors Brophy and Co moved into 638 sq ft Suite Two in January, at a rental of £7750 (£12.15 per sq ft). Suite Four, which has been taken by Newcross Health Care, one of the UK’s leading healthcare recruitment companies, was let last year leaving only the 1125 sqft, suite 3 available.
