Two of Fife’s most well-known night spots and entertainment venues are being marketed by DM Hall, one of the leading firms of Scottish Chartered Surveyors.
The Styx Nightclub in Glenrothes, the Kingdom’s premier late night attraction, with its plush interiors, eight American pool tables and popular drinks and cocktail menus, has been a focus for nights out since it opened its doors in the 1990s.
The club, in Caskieberran Road in the residential south west of the town, also hosts the Glenrothes Snooker Centre, a well-attended sporting venue with six snooker tables, darts and a large projector for screening major sporting events.
Also included in the sale is the Ambassadeur Snooker Club and Styx Bar in Victoria Road Kirkcaldy, close to the bustling town centre.
The Styx Bar – again, a focus of Kirkcaldy nightlife – has only recently been comprehensively refurbished and features a pleasing mix of seating and intimate booths, all in striking shades of purples and blues. An American pool room boasts 14 table and the function suite can accommodate 130 people.
The Ambassadeur Snooker Club has played host to some of the most famous names in the game. It not only has two games rooms with 10 full-size tables, it also has three individual suites with full-size tables and a competition room with seating for spectators.
Both venues have been at the forefront of the Fife entertainment environment for more than 20 years and have been trading successfully with excellent barrelage figures.
Viewing is strictly by appointment and arrangements can be made by contacting Suzanne Lawrie at DM Hall’s Commercial Department at 15 Alva Street, Edinburgh EH2 4PH on 0131 477 6000 (option 3) or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
