We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Surveyor within our North Commercial team based in our Aberdeen office.

In your role, you will gain experience whilst working alongside our team of qualified commercial agents and valuers, working with a diverse range of clients across a variety of asset classes.

Candidates will be expected to enrol in the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) programme of the RICS and progress towards qualification as a Chartered Surveyor alongside their daily responsibilities.

You should be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, have the ability to work on own your own initiative whilst applying the knowledge gained from your education in a practical working environment, demonstrate good time management and have the ability to work on multiple tasks ensuring that deadlines are always met.

Applicants should hold, or be about to obtain, an undergraduate degree or post-graduate qualification that is accredited by the RICS for enrolment in one of the APC Pathways along with a full, clean driving licence.
