Full Time Administrator
Applications are invited for the post of full time Office Administrator within our Commercial Agency Department based in our busy Glasgow City Centre office.
The successful candidate will mainly be required to provide a full range of administrative duties and support to the professional Agency Team and this will include, but not limited to:-
• Being the front face for the Agency Department for visiting clients.
• Answering the telephone, taking messages and actioning requests for viewings.
• Typing out property details and marketing reports via audio description.
• Daily checking of internet portals for new enquiries and viewing requests.
• Maintaining and updating various websites with new properties as they come on to the market.
• Opening and maintaining client files and general admin as and when required.
• Provide administration cover and general office duties to the wider Commercial Team as required.
• Good knowledge of all Microsoft systems including Word and Outlook is essential.
Experience of working in a similar professional/property focussed environment would be preferred.
