The Appraisal team works closely with other in-house experts. Our Building Surveying Department carries out a wide variety of roles from conducting initial financial and technical appraisals of the project proposal to delivering a tailored project-monitoring package. We are able to advise on issues such as the stage release of payments or drawdown of loans, and other matters relating to the project throughout the build phase and mixed use developments.
