Our highly trained Residential Property Team provides the full range of residential surveys including Mortgage Valuations, RICS Homebuyer Survey and Valuations, Building Surveys and Pre-Sale Reports. Re-mortgage and Second Mortgage advice is given to Brokers and Lenders throughout the UK. In addition, reports are written in plain English whenever possible, so they are clear and easy to understand. DM Hall surveys are carried out by qualified and experienced Surveyors who have in-depth local knowledge, backed up by our ISO 2001 Quality System. Or Surveyors are also certified by Elmhurst to provide SAP Reports, increasingly important in these environmentally aware times.
