It is a legal requirement to have a Home Report when selling a property. However prior to instructing a Home Report, you may want some advice regarding the market value of the property and we would recommend a DM Hall pre-sale valuation report and valuation. It is a variation on the standard Market Valuation Report, designed to provide a valuation before marketing a property and point out any major problems that might make the sale difficult.
