Mortgage Valuation (Scheme 1)

There will be an MVR included in the Home Report of the property you wish to purchase.

This is a report produced for Building Societies, Banks and other Lenders to enable them to make a lending decision. It involves a limited inspection of the property, and only major visible defects, which materially affect value, will be reported. DM Hall are approved valuers to the vast majority of Mortgage Lenders meaning the DM Hall valuation report should be the only one you need.
