ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES

It is a legal requirement for non-domestic properties throughout Scotland to have an Energy Performance Certificate prior to being made available for sale or lease. DM Hall has established an 11 strong team of fully trained, accredited and experienced Energy Assessors to carry out these inspections across the country. DM Hall, with 30 offices throughout Scotland, is ideally placed to undertake level 3 and level 4 commercial EPC inspections to ensure that clients' meet these new legislative requirements.
