The Business

Our client has owned the business for three years, operating as a greetings card and gift shop.

Whilst cards are popular, gifts are the main source of income.  Various ranges are stocked such as picture frames, ornaments, soft toys and similar.  A wide selection of celebration items such as mugs, glasses, badges, etc are also available.  Helium balloons/displays are also popular for weddings, christenings, etc.

Opening hours are currently Monday – Saturday, 9 am – 5 pm.

The business was previously family operated, however, due to a change in personal circumstances two staff are employed; one full time and one part time.

Lease Terms
