The Business

Our clients acquired the subjects in 1998, operating the business as a traditional guest house which is not licensed.

Rated 2 star by the Scottish Tourist Board, income is derived from a mix of commercial and tourist trade, generating a steady income throughout the year.

Rates are seasonal and vary from £25 - £45 per person per night inclusive of bed and breakfast.

The business is currently operated by management on our clients behalf, due to their other commitments. A full time house keeper is employed in addition to three part time staff although the business would be ideal for a couple/family operation.
